In-stock non-apparel items generally ship within 2 business days of purchase. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order is on its way.
ORDERING APPAREL + NON-APPAREL TOGETHER
When in-stock merchandise is purchased in the same transaction as made-to-order apparel, the entire order will ship together once the apparel is complete. This helps us avoid splitting orders and charging additional shipping costs.
If you'd like your in-stock items shipped right away rather than waiting for your apparel, please place them as a separate transaction. Each order will then be processed and shipped according to its applicable fulfillment timeline.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for free replacement.
If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’re happy to resend it once the correct address is provided; however, USPS requires new postage and additional shipping charges will apply.
If the package is not returned to us and a replacement order is needed, the replacement items and shipping must be purchased again.
